Room Options

Choose the correct options when making a purchase of the Voucher. The different applicable rates for the various periods will be displayed at the Option Page in the booking form
Should the customer decide to change the period when making reservations, any additional cost will have to be paid directly to Tourplus before the room can be confirmed.

Notes: Each voucher is valid for the specified nights of stay and for one (1) room only. Please purchase the number of vouchers according to the number of nights and rooms required. (eg. If voucher is for 1 night stay per room, and you want to stay for 2 nights and need 2 rooms, then you need to purchase 4 vouchers)

How to book?

Choose the date you want to check in from the calendar
Number of vouchers purchased is equivalent to the number of room booked
Should you require to book more than 1 night, you need to make a new booking according to the number of night stay.
Check the Seasonal Table carefully as room rates is affected by the season
Tourplus will revert with confirmation on the same day within office hours (0900 to 1800 hours)
However, if room is not available, （i）Guest may either choose another date （ii）Keep the voucher to use at another time （iii）Ask for a cancellation and a full refund will be made
This booking is subject to availability and surcharge for peak periods. Tourplus Customer Service team will advise the additional surcharge and Guest reserves the right not to accept and can cancel the booking.

Terms & Conditions of Hotel Voucher

Validity of Hotel Voucher is until 30 June 2023.
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended
All Rooms/Products booked under one voucher must be redeemed together
Upon confirmation of the booking, no cancellation or refund will be allowed
For emergency cases, you will need to contact the Hotel directly for amendments and subject to acceptance by the hotel. No cancellation allow

Terms & Conditions of Hotel

No cancellation allowed once the voucher is redeemed
Amendments of check in date is subject to availability and additional charges will be applicable if the room rate is higher.
Hotel may impose a refundable deposit when checking in.
Payments made are non-refundable if the package is cancelled or not utilized.
All entitlements listed are valid during the stay date and not exchangeable for cash/refund.
Confirmation of package is subject to room availability.
Other taxes (imposed by local council &/or Government) and any incidentals incurred will be borne by Guest and payable directly to the hotel
