Why should I book a private tour guide?
Tourplus allows you to look for the best tour guide or driver guide in town. They can become your local buddy and surprise you with amazing travel experiences. Our review and ranking system let you to compare and find the most suitable tour guides for your trips.
Can I cancel my reservation and receive refund?
Yes you may. The booked reservation can be canceled 24 hours prior to the tour day in order to receive full refund. You cannot cancel the booking after or during the booked tour day, you will not receive any refund. You may contact [email protected] for more information.
My credit card is not being accepted. What should I do?
We currently supports only VISA and MASTER card, you may also able to use other payment method such as Paypal. If problems persist, please contact us via [email protected] for help, we reply every requests instantly!
If the tour guide fails to show up on tour day. What should I do?
If the booked tour guide failed to make it on tour day, contact us immediately so that we can assist you to find another replacement locally. Also, we will verify and proceed with full refund if the replacement was not arranged. In the mean time, we impose penalties against the respective tour guide and lower his/her service quality and ranking on this platform. Rest assured, we take our services seriously, all tour guides on this platform are verified and reliable.
Why I should register as a tour guide with Tourplus?
Our platform attracts numerous of visitors each day. You’ll only pay a low cost service fee when you confirm travelers request. We let you to communicate with travelers at ease and so you can serve them closely. Do not worry about customers not showing up, payment is locked down when booked! Most importantly, extra income starts from listing your services here.
What are the requirements for listing my tour guide service on Tourplus?
As long as you have the passion to bring travelers around your local places, we encourage you to sign up! In addition, we prefer you to own a vehicle for bringing travelers to local experiences. This provides a safe and luxury experience to the travelers who are in larger group.
How can I be verified as tour guide by Tourplus?
You can submit your application on our platform once you have created your services. Our team will contact you for further information. It is important for us to screen check your services and make sure you are verified so that travelers can make reservation with peace of mind.
I cannot update my services properly, what can I do?
If you are having difficulties with listing your services, please do not hesitate to contact us for help. Our technical team is there to help upgrading your online presence with reliable profile and quality services.
How do I ask for payout from Tourplus after I have completed the tours?
