Terms and Conditions of Voucher:

1. Overtime charge: Depending on the car type by hourly charge, will be directly paid to the assigned driver. 
2. Vouchers need to be redeemed before 31st March 2024
3. Vouchers can only be redeemed once and cannot be exchanged for cash
4. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded
5. Purchase of multiple products under one voucher must be redeemed together at same time
6. Minimum chargeable pax per booking: please refer to the booking page accordingly
7. Child above 12 years old same price as adult rate
8. Child below 2 years old free as rate
9. Peak Season Date & Surcharge subject to change without prior notice
10. Any special event’s surcharge / block out date to be advise upon booking confirmation

• Before 72 hours: 100% (Free Cancellation)
• Before 48 hours: 70%
• Before 24 hours: 30%
• Within 24 hours: No Refund
