How to Redeem?

Please reserve your table before arrival for dine-in.
Walk-in will be subject to table availability.
Call Malls Cafe at +60163234992 to make your reservation.
Please provide Name, Contact Number, and Tourplus Voucher ID to the restaurant. Remember to get the Confirmation Number (if available from Merchant) and present it on the day.
Original voucher to be presented upon dine-in.
Confirmed Reservations with the restaurant cannot be cancled or amended.
This voucher is only valid for one redemption.

Terms & Conditions of Vouchers

Vouchers need to be redeemed within 6 months from purchased date
Vouchers can only be redeemed once
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
Expired Vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made BEFORE a Voucher is redeemed or expired.
